Diana Pelletier, MS, CPDM, CEAS II, RC-OWCP Founder/CEO
Diana has over 25 years of experience in the fields of ergonomics, occupational health and wellness, disability/risk management and workers’ compensation. Since 1995 Diana has been delivering direct services to organizations throughout Southern California with a focus on developing and enhancing large scale ergonomics programs and identifying solutions to return injured employees back to work. Her extensive knowledge of California’s Ergonomic Standard, the Americans with Disabilities Act, Workers’ Compensation, OSHA guidelines, and state and federal regulations governing the industry has made her a highly valued and resourceful consultant. In 2005, Diana’s expertise allowed her to establish Pelletier & Associates, the parent organization of P3 Ergonomics, as a leader in the field of ergonomics and disability management.
Diana’s education includes her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and a Master of Science in Counseling, both from the California State University, Fullerton. She holds certifications as a Certified Professional in Disability Management, and Rehabilitation Counselor from the Office of Workers Compensation Programs, U.S. Department of Labor. She is a Certified Ergonomics Assessment Specialist II and a certified trainer recognized by the American Society of Training and Development.
Diana has been and continues to be a sought after speaker at a variety of organizations and conferences such as NECE, ASSE, RIMS, PARMA, PASMA, AIHA, and the UC Risk Summit. She has also been a guest lecturer at both California State Universities Los Angeles and Fullerton.
Dan Pelletier Founder/COO
Dan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems and has been working and consulting in the field of Information Technology for a wide variety of companies and industries since 1983. With an emphasis on project management, business process flows, software design, and technology integration, Dan brings a unique perspective to managing and simplifying otherwise complex ergonomic initiatives.
In addition to managing internal business operations, Dan’s primary responsibility at P3 Ergonomics is the development and application of technology to the ergonomic services we provide to our customers. Guided by the principle that technology should follow human interaction, Dan seeks to model the human dynamics and real world facilitation of ergonomics in simple, adaptable and innovative ways. These methodologies are intended to increase person-to-person outreach and to help in providing the justification for organizations to establish sustainable ergonomic policy.
Dan strongly promotes within P3 Ergonomics the concepts of continuous improvement and “acting like a learning organization”. He has implemented numerous processes and systems targeted and improving the accuracy, consistency, and overall quality of our products. He works closely with our clients to ensure a perfect fit for our services and adherence to all client requirements. Dan also assumes a primary role in establishing contracts, reciprocal business relationships, and new product development.
